Demolish

Building something is very complicated. But it's no less easy to destroy the things you built! Especially if you have to do it in a limited number of shots. You have a rather short supply of dynamite to bring down this construction. So you can just explode it mindlessly or you will fail the mission. Look for the least protected spots in the building that can make it fall down in a few seconds! You need to have a mind of an engineer to be capable of doing that. But it's nothing a bit of practice can't fix!
